By opting in to SMS communications, clients receive messages related to scheduling, billing, and account-related matters. Digital Wellness members receive text messages regarding Digital Wellness system checks, updates, or other service-related notifications.

You will receive the following opt in confirmation: You have successfully opted in to receive SMS invoice reminders or Digital Wellness visit notifications from Cinegration. Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to no longer receive messages from us. Reply HELP for more information.

Cancelling SMS Messages
SMS messages can be cancelled at any time. To opt of out of messages, reply STOP to the SMS communication you received from us.

You will receive the following confirmation: You have successfully opted out of SMS communications from Cinegration. You will no longer receive texts from us. Please note: this does not affect system notifications or security monitoring alerts.
